Please note that all website and email complaints will be directed to the Operations Manager by Reception. If you would prefer it be directed to someone else,  please include either the name or the position of the person to whom you want it sent.

• We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 5 working days.

• A designated manager will look into the matter confidentially. If necessary, we may invite you to a meeting (you are welcome to bring a support person or advocate).

• We aim to provide a formal written outcome and resolution within 10 to 20 working days.
