WestREAP offer the following services and facilities to the community.

Meeting Room Hire

WestREAP have two meeting rooms available for hire.

Meeting Room - The first is a large meeting room that can accommodate up to 30 people seated or 16-18 around tables. An adjoining kitchen is available and tea and coffee can be provided. Outside catering can also be arranged if required. When using our meeting room, when can also provide an electronic whiteboard, data projector. overhead projector and internet access.

Resource Library - We also have our smaller resource library. This is suitable for up to 10 people.

Office Services

We offer the following office services as very competitive rates;

Photocopying - Colour copying and printing available
Binding of documents
Laminating

Resource Library

WestREAP have an extensive free library available to the community. We have a large number of books about parenting, education and community information. A wide range of information brochures on local community groups and organisations is also available, as well as information from the Legal Services Agency.

WestREAP can access the Fundview Database and hold supplies of Grant Application Forms for many organisations.
