Youth Transition Service

WestREAP are contracted to the Ministry of Social Development to deliver the Youth Transition Service in the Westland region. The Youth Transition Service is a joint initiative by Buller REAP, Family Focus and WestREAP.

The target group is youth in Westland aged 15 to 19. The aim is to make and maintain contact on a regular basis to ensure that clients are in employment or training, or are being supported to move into appropriate training or work.

WestREAP Youth Coach, Pip Challenger, develops a individual plan with each client. This may include;

Work Experience
CV
