Play Gym
Play Gym is a gymnastic class for 3-5 year olds assisted by Mum, Dad or a caregiver. The activities used are aimed at;
- encouraging brain development
- vestibular (balancing) stimulation
- primitive reflex inhibition
- gross motor skills
- vision
- development of fundamental movement patterns.
We are lucky to have the services of tutor Anna Morgan, from Greymouth. As well as taking the sessions, Anna will be training a local tutor, who will eventually take over the class. Classes will commence weekly from;
Monday's during school term time
1pm till 1.45pm
Hokitika Primary School Hall.
Cost is $35 per term. (Please enquire about subsidies if the cost is a barrier).
